Why doesn't my event show up on the site?

If you've submitted an event your entry has been placed in our queue and is being reviewed by ExperienceJax. We want to make sure valid events get online and aren't cluttered with invalid information from others.

How long will it take for my event to show up online?

We're constantly reviewing and approving events. Most events are approved and go live within 2 business days.

What do keywords do?

Keywords are extra details that help users find your event. It adds extra search terms and common names people might look for while searching for an event. They're also clickable from many different pages within the site and will help lead people to your event.

My event falls under a few different categories. What should I do?

Pick the most relevant category to your event. There are other ways to help people find your event. Make sure you write a good description and fill out the keywords to allow for extra criteria to search by. The more info you fill in, the more people will find your events!
