| Description | Reception for the Artist – August 16, 6-8 pm during the North Beaches Art Walk. An exhibit of artwork by Ginifer Brinkley is now open at the Adele Grage Cultural Center. Her style has been described as whimsical, layered and organic. The exhibit highlights Brinkley’s use of intense chromatics with the fun forms of nature. “Circle Flowers” are her signature pieces. Ms. Brinkley graduated from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts in 1991. Her mural work is part of the Atlantic Beach Public Art Project. In spring she completed a project for Donner Park where children helped paint her design. The exhibit is free and open to the public weekdays, 8-12 noon and 1 to 4:30 pm. |
