The Guitar Department at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts presents its 16th annual Great Guitar Gathering on Friday, Feb. 20, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the Florida Theatre. The event will feature guest artists Tommy Emmanuel, who is hailed as one of the “most gifted artists of our time” by Acoustic Guitar Magazine, classical guitarist Stephen Robinson and the Douglas Anderson Guitar Orchestra. Reserved seating tickets are $23.50 and may be purchased at the Florida Theatre box office and all Ticketmaster locations. Proceeds will benefit the school’s guitar program.
